Specs, explained

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, driving through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Expect about 25 litres for every 300 km, going by its 8.3 L/100 km combined rating. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

Who rents the A4

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

The A4 in everyday use

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. EPA lists 340 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

From request to keys

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Your move

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
