Farmbrook and the A4

Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village are the closest places to Farmbrook on our list.

Specs, explained

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.61 in energy at our price setting.

Living with the A4

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits stop-and-go driving and rideshare or delivery work.

Getting one from us

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
