Lease Takeover in Berkeley, CA

Lease Takeover in Berkeley

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Why rent first

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

What to check before you buy

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.
