The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Booking, step by step

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What to have ready

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
