Car Rental for Uber Eats Couriers in Pointer, KY

Renting a car around Pointer

If you need a car for rideshare or delivery work in Pointer, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. How it works: Use your rental for Uber Eats delivery work. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Instacart and Hopp are named only to describe the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. All prices are before tax; the offer shows the total.

A Toronto company

Pointer is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Pointer lies about 871 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

Who it is for

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

The useful parts

Drivers use our cars for app work by the week or the month, and say so in the request. Gig work runs on long hours, so the weekly rate applies from 7 days, and one booking runs up to 365 days. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Know the area

The nearest airport is Lake Cumberland Regional Airport (SME), about 16 km away.

Your booking, in three steps

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Licence, age and card

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
