Rules for renters
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
