Car Subscription in Basic, NV

Car Subscription in Basic

CarmaCars is a rental company in Toronto. For Basic, our help starts there. In short: No subscription contract: rent month to month instead. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and you can stop at the end of any booking. Right now 94 cars match this page.

What CarmaCars covers

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Basic. At about 3,233 km from central Toronto, Basic is past the 80 km our delivery covers.

For Basic itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. If you need a car in Basic itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

A trip of 7 days or more never costs more than the car's monthly rate for up to 365 days. Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Licence, age and card

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Booking made plain

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Let us know

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
