Reasons people rent from us

When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly, and we deliver the car to you. Rent by the day or the week while yours is repaired, and stop when it is ready. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Typical renters

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Rules for renters

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Requesting a car

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
