Why rent with us in Ruby

Your car is off the road; you are not. We bring a car to you and collect it when yours is back. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental when your adjuster approves it. Otherwise the car's own rate applies. One small team handles your request from start to finish. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Who rents this way

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Licence, age and card

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
