Engine Repair in Ruby, ID

Getting it done

Engine Repair in Ruby: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How we help

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Before the shop starts

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
