Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
