Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Basic, NV

A rental car in Basic

This page is for Basic, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. How it works: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. You see the full price in the offer before you decide.

Reach and distance

We do not have a location in Basic; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. About 3,242 km from our location in Toronto, Basic is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Most trips to Basic start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. Tell us what you are planning in Basic, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Know the area

Close by are Brucite, Gabbs and Lodi, each with its own page.

The closest airport is Gabbs Airport, about 7 km away.

Who it is for

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

What is different here

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Booking, step by step

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What to have ready

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
