Brake Repair in Ruby

Getting it done

Brake Repair in Ruby: we do not do the work ourselves; we arrange it with a shop we trust. Plainly: Brake pads, rotors and calipers checked and replaced, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A pulling car or a vibration when you brake is worth a check.

What to send us

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

A rental while you wait

A rental means the repair does not stop your week. We can have the rental ready the day your car goes in. Coming to us instead? Pickup at our location is free.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Car care, briefly

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
