Car Leasing in Ruby

Car Leasing in Ruby

If you are looking for a lease, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Rent it before you buy it

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

What to check before you buy

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

Before your next car arrives

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.

Honest about Ruby

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Ruby. Ruby lies about 265 km from central Toronto, well beyond our 80 km delivery area.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Ask us about Ruby in a request; a person answers honestly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Ready when you are
