Lease Takeover in Ruby

Lease Takeover: what CarmaCars does

Here is the honest answer for buyers: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them. A lease takeover or a new lease takes time to arrange; a monthly rental can cover that time. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Try it for a week first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Questions to ask

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

While you shop

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

Our area, and Ruby

We are based in Toronto; Ruby is not somewhere we have a location. Ruby lies about 265 km from central Toronto, well beyond our 80 km delivery area.

For buying in Ruby, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Shopping in Ruby? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Still have a question about Ruby? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
