Mechanic in Ruby

Mechanic in Ruby

We arrange mechanical repairs or maintenance through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Ruby. Plainly: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.

What to send us

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Before the shop starts

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Reach and distance

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If we do not know a shop in Ruby, we say so rather than guess. A request about Ruby gets an honest answer from a person. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

When you know your dates
