Worth knowing

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

From your dates to the handover

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Rules for renters

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
